Pumpkin pie recipe




Ingredients

250g of flour
500g of mashing pumpkin (boiled in a bit of water)
100g of melted butter
1 pitch of salt
1 pitch of sugar
4 eggs
Water
100g of sugar
200g of cream
Cinnamon

Preparation


Mix the flour with the butter. Join the salt and the sugar and, finally, the water, little by little until you get a ball with the mixture. Roll out the ball with a rolling pin ad put it in a pie plate, sprinkled with flour.
Next, in a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar with a beater. Add the mashing pumpkin, the cinnamon and the cream and mix. Then, pour everything in the pie plate and put it in the oven at 2200C.
After ten minutes low the temperature to 1200C and wait during 30 minutes...
